You then have until the 25th of the next month to submit any late monthly reports for the claim month, or any adjustments. After the 25th of the next month no claims can be processed. Remember if your report is late, the state does not have to honor that money request until the end of the fiscal year which is 9/30/04!Text Box: Welcome former Applewood Providers!
