How do I get started?
One of the first things you want to do is decide on the Type of Approval you want to obtain. Each is listed below. The following links are Adobe PDF’s explaining each individual Type of Approval:

Training Information
NCCI offers many training opportunities. We offer training for becoming a Type B Professional Certificated Family Child Care Provider, for obtaining your CDA Credential or for offering specialties in your child care business. Choose the appropriate link below for more information.

Here is the current training schedule. The cost for each class must be paid before each class. A text book may be required. Please register for all classes. Classes may be canceled because of low registration. Call Training Line at 216-252-0094 ext. 119. Feel Free to register online with this registration form.
