Our mission is to "Put Heart info Child Care" in our community.  We feel strongly that through promoting professionalism, and understanding between Child Care Providers and the parents they serve, children can be enriched during the most crucial time of their lives.

Our mission includes practicing a true "open door" policy.  We feel that anyone who wants to do childcare, and is willing to work, SHOULD! To this end, we will help women and men no matter what their first language, and no matter their prior educational background, to qualify to care for children. We have and will continue to help women and men break the cycle of dependency on the welfare system, becoming independent businesspersons.

Beyond this, we shall advocate for continued improvement in quality and professionalism in all childcare.  But, especially to support the needs of professionals who choose to care for children in their home, and the children and parents that they serve.
